At "Cultivating Culture: Nurture your people, Grow your team” we believe that the heart and strength of any organisation lie in its people. Each person brings a unique set of skills, experiences, and perspectives that, when nurtured, can lead to unprecedented innovations and successes. Our mission is to support organisations in creating a workspace where every member feels valued, understood, and inspired.
We take immense pride in our commitment to fostering an environment where individual talents are recognised and cultivated. What we offer:
Comprehensive Video Library: An ever-growing collection of instructional facilitation videos addressing a plethora of topics related to team culture, leadership, collaboration, communication, and more.
Leadership Coaching: Coaching sessions tailored for leadership roles (with the assumption that everyone is a leader). Our experienced coaches work one-on-one with leaders to enhance their leadership skills, address specific challenges, and ensure the successful application of our video library insights into real-world scenarios.

About Naketa
Naketa has a passion for helping leaders live their best life. Naketa’s coaching is underpinned by 6 C’s:
Confidentiality – Naketa is guided by the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics. Leaders can trust that everything that is shared within the coaching engagement is completely confidential.
Connection – Leaders engage in coaching with Naketa after a ‘coaching chemistry chat’. It is vitally important that a connection is established and that the leader and coach (Naketa) agree that they are a good ‘fit’.
Continuous improvement – Leaders partner with Naketa to move from where they are to where they want to be so that they can live their best lives. This requires the understanding that we can always improve just a little bit more every day.
Curiosity – Naketa prides herself on flexing her curiosity skills in coaching and in life. There is also an expectation that leaders are curious about what living their best life actually looks like, and are open to interrogating this in a safe and productive way.
Championing – Naketa believes in her clients and will acknowledge their wins and successes. She is the hype person leaders need when tackling some of their biggest leadership challenges.
Challenge – As much as Naketa is an advocate, Naketa is also committed to leadership growth. Comfort is the thief of growth, so leaders will be challenged to move out of their comfort zone and grow into living their best life.
