An Introduction to MANAWA Coaching

Join Naketa Ikihele for an enriching 1.5-hour workshop, "Introduction to MANAWA Coaching," where she will expertly guide you through the elements of the MANAWA Coaching Model, with a special focus on the art of listening.

This session is specifically designed to cultivate a deeper understanding of Manaakitanga,  Awhina, Ngākau māhaki, Arataki, Whakamana and Akonga emphasising how these principles can transform team dynamics by fostering a nurturing and supportive environment. Sharing practical strategies, Naketa will help you elevate your listening skills to promote empathy, engagement, and effective communication within your teams, thereby strengthening relationships and enhancing collaborative efforts across your organisation.

Participants will be invited to apply for a spot at our MANAWA Coaching Intensive programme, and must be able to attend:

• 2 x MANAWA Coaching All-day intensives on Saturday 15th February 2025 (9am - 4pm) and Saturday 15th March 2025 (9am - 4pm)
• MANAWA Peer-Coaching sessions every two weeks (7pm - 9pm)
• 3 x 45-min coaching sessions with qualified coaches by the end of May 2025
• Participants will receive access to The Facilitation Garden (Unlimited Access) - absolutely free!
